I’m going to let you in on a little secret here…with one simple shift, you can maximize your time and make more money from your existing client base. The best part is that it’s super simple!

When done properly, adding service enhancements and add ons to your client base will take your business to a whole new level! This means more money, more sales and more referrals and who doesn’t want that?

Your clients already know, like and trust you, because you ROCK! You are doing amazing work and clients leave their appointment feeling uplifted, more confident and comfortable in their own skin. Imagine if you could take that one step further and make it just that much better?

Good news! You can! 

All you need to do is add a few service enhancements and simple add ons! And the icing on the cake…this will position you as the beauty expert for your clients!

This also drives your revenues up without adding additional clients or hours onto your work day! Let’s be real, your time is precious, so use it wisely! 

But what if you are afraid to sell, or come off as the sleazy sales lady that is so pushy?

You might not believe this, but your clients actually DO want to be sold to, so give them something they will love! 

Clients trust you to provide value, exceptional service, and also to offer professional feedback, advice and recommendations on things that will help them get the most from their appointment with you.

You are a wealth of knowledge, an industry expert and a source of free incredible advice and tips & tricks for them, so share this with them!

Let me break it down: 

  • Service Enhancement Upsells are additional products or services to help them get the most value and the greatest results from the service you are providing. An example of this is selling clients an after care kit that supports the service you just provided them. 
  • Add On Upsells are additional products or services to help fulfill a need that they may or may not know they have. An example of this is an at home teeth whitening kit. Doesn’t add any time to your appointment but would add to the investment they are already making in their appearance!
