Domestic Shipping (within Canada) is provided by Canada Post.
International Shipping (to the US only) is provided by DHL Express.
You will be provided with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please watch for this confirmation. You have 14 days to contact us regarding a failed delivery from the date of the shipping confirmation email.
Failed Delivery. If you do not receive your delivery and contact us within 14 days from the date of your shipping confirmation email to notify us that the shipment wasn’t received, we will not be able to cover you within our return or exchange policy.

Once the package has been delivered, we have no further liability unless the contents were damaged before or during shipping.
Customs Charges or Additional Fees are Your Responsibility. Fixe Beauty is not responsible for any additional shipping or customs fees added to your order. With international shipping, this may happen. If you are not familiar with customs fees and charges, please contact your local post office or customs office for more information. If customs fees or additional shipping or other charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
Accurate Information Required. It is your responsibility to provide accurate information at checkout – including your name and mailing address, as well as any additional contact information that will support the delivery of your package. We will not be liable for any errors entered at checkout. If you do not provide accurate contact information, including a telephone number, we will not be responsible for a failed delivery or delivery attempt and you may incur additional charges (including shipping or return charges).
To be clear, you bear sole responsibility for a failed delivery or delivery attempt, and any additional charges that accrue as a result of entering inaccurate shipping and contact information.
Signature Required. All shipments require a signature upon delivery (alternately, due to covid, delivery may include digital / text acceptance in lieu of an actual signature). You are responsible for being available to accept delivery. Please ensure that you have your package(s) delivered to a location where you will be available. You may contact the delivery company to waive signature; however, this will waive any insurance on your package provided by the Company, and Company will not be responsible for the delivery.

DISCLAIMER: Liability for Lost, Stolen or Misplaced Packages. Once you have been provided with a tracking number via email or text confirmation, we will no longer be liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. It is your responsibility to be available for the delivery of your package.

OUT OF STOCK & DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
Items Out of Stock. If you order an item out of stock, we will contact you and provide a refund for that product.
Discontinued Products. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for discontinued products.
MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receipt of the product) by sending us an email to email@example.com.
We may need to contact the shipping provider to report the damage and open a claim. Please retain all original packaging and contents. In all cases the damaged merchandise must be returned along with the packaging if you are seeking a return or exchange. We reserve the right to replace the damaged or missing item, or offer a credit towards a future purchase. No returns will be processed without compliance with this policy, and obtaining prior authorization from our customer support.
Education Programs: There are no refunds on any Fixe Beauty Online Training Programs.
Retail Products: To request an exchange (where permitted), you must contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Please note that some kits and products may not be exchanged and are a final sale. Please visit the Terms of Purchase for more information regarding your particular purchase here.
Any requests for exchanges made more than 10 days after receiving the order will not be processed. You are responsible for return shipping fees related to exchanges that are not due to product being damaged during shipping. All items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of being approved to be exchanged. No exchange will be accepted without prior authorization. Once we have inspected your returned item, and an exchange has been approved, you will receive a credit to your account to be used for future purchases, or an exchange will be processed, as appropriate. Approval of a return or exchange will be made in our sole discretion. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging and a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. Exchange for store credit only.

When submitting your return, please include a document inside of the package that includes your name, business name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and the reason for your return. If a shipment is returned due to an error entered at checkout (i.e. an incorrect address, name, or error in the product selected), you will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees, and these fees will not be returned.
If a return is due to our (Company) error, we will cover the return shipping fee. Once your returned package or item has been received by us, please allow up to 72 hours for processing.
Please be sure that you have placed your order correctly, as once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or retrieved. While we may try to accommodate any requests to update or correct an order if the request is made in time (prior to processing & shipping), we do not provide any guarantees.
